Disabling Download Accelerators: Download accelerators operate by opening multiple downloads of the same download link. But our eCommerce system deliberately prohibits multiple uses of a single download link. Therefore, some download managers cannot be used for obtaining your software. Because such conflicts are not uncommon, most download managers provide a means for briefly disabling their use, such as holding down the “ALT” key when clicking the download link. If you are having trouble obtaining your software, please determine how to disable any download manager you may normally use.

To protect your privacy, and prevent your personal copy of your software from inadvertently falling into someone else's hands, each software download link can only be used once, will never be offered for use again, and must be used to initiate a download within ten minutes of being displayed.

While this may seem like extreme overkill, people are using software “download manager” utilities that spy on their downloads and often send their personal and private URL links to web pages where they are aggregated for strangers to search for, and download, their software!  (No, we're not kidding. It's going on right now.)

To combat this horrific behavior we developed this extremely tight security, where download links become invalid the instant they are used to initiate a download, to prevent YOUR software from escaping from YOUR control.

The good news is . . . you are welcome to have as many of these “ten-minute life, one time use” software download links as you need. Simply use your browser's “Back” button (right now) to return to your receipt page, then “refresh” it to have our server generate brand new links for you.

Again, you are welcome to do this as many times as you need.
